I understand that driving in a Demolition Derby is DANGEROUS.  However, I agree to ASSUME THESE RISKS and HOLD HARMLESS the Swift County Fair Board and Ridge Runner Snowmobile Club from all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of the event.  Further, I state that my car is prepared and that I carry the necessary safety equipment as outlined in the regulations printed on the entry form.
