COVID 19 INFORMATION:
- By attending the Swift County Fair, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and/or any other illnesses.
- Agree not to hold Swift County Agricultural Society or any affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
- You are also acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
- Please, for the safety of everyone – if you are not feeling well, do not come to the fairgrounds.

Tips for Open Class Exhibits Registration
- Check-in/Registration will be held from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm on Wednesday, August 17th.
- Projects entered Online will be checked in on registration day and entry tags will be printed.
- Rabbit and Poultry Divisions ARE AVAILABLE for Online Registration. On registration day, Check in at the schoolhouse to get your tags without your animal, then take entries to the Superintendent at the Poultry Barn.
- Online registration will close on Wednesday, August 17th, at 8:00am
- If you choose not enter your project online, we will have one computer available to register projects that day. Expect to wait in line.
- Also, if you choose to register on Wednesday the Open Class Entry Form must be filled out prior to registering with the Computer Attendant.
- Not everyone has access to a computer. For this instance, call 1-320-289-6090 to have a guide mailed to you. Leave a message with your name, mailing address and phone number. Another good option would be visiting your local library to register online or print the guide and entry form.
- Check-in/registration will be held in the Schoolhouse, which is to the East of the Open Class Building. Enter the East door of the schoolhouse, please do not bring your project into the schoolhouse. We will have a supervised table under a tent outside the entry door for you to leave your project.
- After you have checked in / registered, take your entry tag and project to the appropriate area where there will be attendants to help place your projects.
- Judging will be Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. Projects and results will be available for viewing when the buildings open at 1:00pm on Thursday.
- The Premium checks will be ready for pick up on Sunday night after 6:00 pm in the Exhibit Building.
